People always make the mistake of using their own judgement on whether to determine if someone is 'ready' or not. 'they're not ready as a leader yet,' or 'they're not ready to be in a relationship' - don't get me wrong, i've made that mistake too. it's just that i believe we make it too oftenly. we're always trying to judge on ability, talents, and gifts when all God is looking for is willing people to do whatever they can for His kingdom. they're always looking for a certain level of maturity, which is good - but sometimes that maturity can only be built when given the chance to explore, when given the chance to do whatever they have to. - we shouldn't turn experience into principle because God leads everyone in different ways. everyone's always saying God made us uniquely. So won't all our stories of leadership and love be different from each other just the way our testimonies of coming to know God is different? not everyone's supposed to handle everything the same way, or go through the same things. - rawr, but it's okay;
what's meant to be will find it's way.
nothing's greater than God - for we know that all things work together for the good of those who love Him, those called according to His will (rom 8:28)
