Psalm 139:23-24

So I saw this picture on Postsecret. I was astonished trying to imagine the person behind this postcard. Is it an atheist? The kind of God-hating atheist? The kind that slanders and prosecutes those who do believe in salvation through Christ Jesus? Was it someone who WANTS to have been Judas? Someone who would have been pleased to do what Judas did? Someone who would have graciously betrayed Judas for money? Maybe. Or could it have been someone who in true humility could confess that if they had lived in those times - they would have been Judas? Maybe it was someone who could honestly look at themselves and admit that they are so deep in their voracity and selfishness that they would be charged with infidelity as Judas was? Maybe it was a soul confessing their sin. Maybe.

I don't know. ONLY GOD DOES.

Either way - I pray for the person behind the postcard. That your relationship with God would deepen and you would continue to acquire wisdom and attain humility. Or if you don't have one, then I pray you would come to know the greatest love the world could ever know.

As for me, - I fear I would have been Peter.
